What is the name of your band? Restrayned
Name of the band-members? Johnny, Tony, Mark, Rick
Where did you grow up? Johnny, Tony & Mark are from California. Rick is from Minnesota.
Who started the band? Johnny & Tony started the band in 2009.
Where have you played 2012/2013? We have played mostly on the west coast of the United States, including Sacramento,CA.& Reno, NV.

What is the name of your best song? Well, we each have our own favorite, but we all agree that “Breaking Down” & “Denying The Demons” are our two favorites so far.
Who plays what? Johnny: Lead vocals & Guitar. Tony: Guitar & Vocals. Mark: Drums, Rick: Bass
What kind of music are you into? We like all kinds of music. Johnny is mainly in to melodic rock. Tony listens to everything from melodic rock to power metal. Mark and Rick both like the heavier side of metal… black metal, speed metal, etc…
Have you been on tour this summer? Not yet! It’s only March. But we will be playing with Y&T this summer as well as some festivals.
Do you have a planed tour anytime soon? Currently working on a tour. Check our website for updates!
Who came up with the band name? Johnny did. We had a very difficult time coming up with an original name. But Restrayned seemed to fit.
Who writes the songs? Johnny & Tony are the main song writers.
What song do you play the most? Some Will Be Saved has been performed at every show. So, I would have to say that is the most played song.
Do you play the same songs each performance? No. We try to change it up as much as we possibly can. This makes it interesting for the audience as well as keeping it fun for us.
Have you realesed a album or single? Our first full length CD, “A Dark New Day”was released on August 24, 2012. It was named “Album of the Year” by SRrocks.com and is available on iTunes and Amazon.com as well as on our website.
Are you working on any new songs?We are always writing new music. Every day. We hope to start recording album #2 this winter.
