What´s the name of your band? Roarback

What made you call the band "Roarback"? Because Roarback is the most metal and trve kvlt band name of all time!!!

How was the band formed? Our guitarits Dixø and Rohde was on a quest to assemble the world's most brutal and metal band of all times, so they went to the tallest mountain in the whole world and found me roaring in an ancient tongue of lost forgotten demons. Then they found the deepest hole on earth were the most dark and brutal tunes rose to the surface played by the fiendish Mikkel. The journey ended out in the open sea where Kåre was in an old viking ship playing drums so fast it created lighting and thunder that would kill anything within 1000 miles... Or maybe we just found each other through internet adds and in school like everybody else.

Can you tell about your band? We play Death/Thrash metal like we never came out of 1989! Fuck yeah. We also like to hate each other.

What was the ambitions of the band when you started? showing up for rehearsals

Could you explain your music to someone that haven't heard you? If you like Slayer, Sepultura, Cannibal Corpse, Vader etc etc. You would love to hear us?

Where was your first gig? In Roskilde (Obscene) 29.10.11

Where was the latest gig? Also in Roskilde (Gimle this time) supporting Hatesphere!

Who writes your songs?/ who writes the music who writes lyrics? The band writes the music and I (Dennis) writes the lyrics. Simple as that.

What's good/bad with the band?/What genre do you feel you are? Everything sucks in this band. Everybody hates each other and wants to join club 27.  I think we are old school Death with a twist of Thrash

Why did you pick that particular style?/What are your songs about? We wanted to play Thrash but ended up with more Death. All our lyrics are about love-making

Do you write your own material or mainly covers? 100% our own shit.

Have you made any albums?/If yes what are they? Yep, our debut album "Echoes of Pain"

How old are you?/What got you started in music? 27. KoRn got me started playing guitar when I was 20.

Best/worst gig you've played? How can there be any worst gigs when you are drunk all the time?!

What places will you be playing in in the imidate future?

Wacken... They just don't know it yet!

Where have you played from then till now? only in Denmark so far and in Hell twice.

Witch band is the best you´ve seen? Metallica

Is it always the same songs live? At this point... YES!

What has been the best/most promising gig so far? Some festivals and Supporting for Hatesphere.

Have you had any bigger tours from start to now? Nope. We are planning a DK tour in August.

How big crowds do you usually play for? 1.000.000,89

What are the plans for the rest of the year?

Becoming a Pro Gamer and stop playing fucking metal.

Where do you usually play? Copenhagen

How do you get psyched up for a gig? I drink my psyche away...

What are your goals with your music? Get in more debt with our music then we already are...

When did you decide to go all in for the music? When I found out that having no money and getting myself into a lot of debt was a way of life they called "metal". All you have to do is play concerts and make albums and... BAM, you have no money, house, car or kidneys because you sold them for money.

Is it easier to get your inspiration from older bands or from bands more modern? Old bands... New bands sucks so much ass that you can taste and smell the shit from the speakers when their music starts to play. Including us!

What are your sources of inspiration? Kåre ass when he farts... His asshole smells so bad that it brings pure evil with it, and great evil is a great inspiration for all death metal bands!

What's the first step when making a new song? Getting the band to pull their heads out from their asses and start making some music I could put some lyrics on!

How do you feel about the downloading of music instead of buying albums? it's great! I love it! I love having more debt! More debt and no food makes a person a trve metalhead, so that is what I am aiming for!

What would be your dreams for the band? That we stopped playing together.

Besides your own music, what genres and bands do you listen to? Classic, Electro, Rock, Black, Death, Thrash, Folk, Industrial, Nu, power, symphony, instrumental, Daft punk. I listen to so much shit, it doesn't even makes sense to me anymore.

What songs and what years were they released? All our concert songs are released in 2014 Jan.

Have you been part of any other projects? Maybe I have and maybe I haven't

How important are your fans? very important. Who else are you going to drink with when you.

What's the funniest/most memorable thing a fan has done for you? The funniest moment, was when a fan came to me and said he just bought our album, when he could have downloaded it free on the internet from pirate bay.

How often do you rehearse? 2-3 times a week

Where do you rehearse? In my hometown which we must never speak of again!

Name 2 of your own songs you like at the moment? Manor of Hatred and People's hate

What do you feel is the best live band you've seen? Metallica

What drives a band that isn't all that famous and renowned to try to make a living on their music and to keep playing? the idea of getting a bigger debt.

What advice would you like to give other bands? Play like those fags in Black Veil Brides and make some money and then go fuck yourself for playing such shitty music

What are the biggest obstacles for a band? Not being drunk or high

What is best/worst with playing the clubs? That you get free beers

Tell us about upcomming gigs and why we should be at them? You should be at our gigs PERIOD

How would you describe your sound in one sentence awful.

What is your favorite crappy instrument? My own vokal... God dammit, why can't I sing clean and make some fucking money!!!

What was one of the most quarrelsome times for you in the band? it is horrible all the time, so there is not a specific time nor place.
