What´s the name of your band? My Band is TORMENTOR
How was the band formed?
TORMENTOR was established on 27 October 2001 in Tangerang, with personnel:
- Andry Zerrs (Vocal)
- Dany Gimbal (Guitar)
- Tri Aira (drums)
- Ichsan (Bass)
TORMENTOR which means "Algojo Penyiksa" brought the songs of nuanced Brutal Death Metal., The songs that brought about the destruction, brutality and inhumanity.
On 26 August 2003, we recorded 7 songs in the studio K-Jakarta, with a mini concept 1st album is titled "DEATH SENTENCE" Released by Bizzare Sounds Production. Among other things, namely:

At the end of years 2010, we began to play with different shades of the Technical Death Metal, until we release our 2nd album is titled "JIWA TERSAKITI" in 2012, Released by Khanza Extreme Production, our 2nd album contains 10 songs. Our songs themed on torture, murder, and insults :

What was the ambitions of the band when you started? ambition we want to promote underground music
Could you explain your music to someone that haven't heard you? we just want a hobby, and if people do not like the music and we will keep playing music
Where was your first gig? Our first gig in 2000 at the Tangerang-Indonesia
Where was the latest gig? Our newest show on Sept. 07, 2014, anniversary Tapluck Production.
Who writes your songs?/Who writes the music who writes lyrics? All involved in the making of the lyrics in all the songs
Who has the best since of humor in the band? who has the best humor is our drummer (Tri Aira) and our vocalist (Andry).
What's good/bad with the band?/What genre do you feel you are? well its in our band is always solid and the bad is difficult to create new material, because we have a busy each. And our Genre is Death Metal.
Why did you pick that particular style?/What are your songs about? because we created a style of its own
Do you write your own material or mainly covers? We write his own material and inspired by death metal bands other
Do you have any clips on YouTube? Yes, we have the video, but only during the course of our concerts.
Have you been part of any other projects? Yes, we have each other's work outside of the band
Have you been in any other bands? Yes, I have another band is SOLDIER RIVAL
What do you work with outside of the band and the music? I worked as a CHEF outside the band
What would you do if there was no music? I will keep playing music, because music is my hobby.
How important are your fans? fans are very important to us, because without them we nobodies
What's the funniest/most memorable thing a fan has done for you? The most amusing is the fans to follow our style, hehehee
How often do you rehearse? We practice once a week or twice a week
Where do you rehearse? we practiced with music studio rental

What do you feel is the best live band you've seen? we were very impressed when we played in one of the biggest events in jakarta, is "Jakarta Death Fest # 5"
What drives a band that isn't all that famous and renowned to try to make a living on their music and to keep playing? which prompted us is because of each of hobby playing music, so we are very happy music.
What advice would you like to give other bands? Our advice is to never feel satisfied with the work itself, continue to excel in music
What are the biggest obstacles for a band? There is no obstacle for us, but the constraints is difficult to hold the event, because many opposed by police.
What was one of the most quarrelsome times for you in the band? We sometimes have had differences of opinion
