How was the band formed? N17 was formed in 1993 Autumn's End in 2003
Can you tell about your band? Autumn's End is my baby. it my semi progressive melodic Death metal band. N17 is an Industrial metal band
Where are all band members from?/Who does what in the band? N17; Chris Cannella-Guitars and Programming, Jason Kowalski-drums and programming, Damon17 bass production, Trevor Askew-Vocals and programming. Autumn's End Chris Cannella-lead vocal and all recorded guitars, El-Bass and vocals, Jason Kowalsi-Drums
What was the ambitions of the band when you started? N17: to bring the most angst driven industrial metal that was faster meaner and with a better live performance than anyone else. ..... Autumn's End to be able to play whatever we wanted without restrictions... melody ferocity progression, solos, acoustic, and blasphemy
Could you explain your music to someone that haven't heard you? N17: Ministry meets a live Hardcore band..... Autumn's End= Opeth meets old Sepultura

Who writes your songs?/Who writes the music who writes lyrics? N17: Mark kelter, Chris Cannella, Trevor Askew...Lyrics Askew and Cannella.... Autumn's End= Chris Cannella and El... for everything
Who has the best since of humor in the band? N17=Jason Kowalski and Autumn's End
What's good/bad with the band?/What genre do you feel you are? Good is both bands are ina state of rebuilding. N17 is reuniting after many eyars and Autumn's End is working on new material
Do you write your own material or mainly covers? never any covers
Have you made any albums?/If yes what are they? N17= Trust No One and Defy Everything with a remix EP called Tote Aufzuweken..... Autumn's End: Self Titled, Act of Attrition, The Siren's Lament, and new CD TBD

What are the plans for the rest of the year? play and write
How do you get psyched up for a gig? Stare at my guitars
What are your goals with your music? to continue making music and playing live until we have worn out our welcome
When did you decide to go all in for the music? when i was 15 either music or be an architect or a cop
Is it easier to get your inspiration from older bands or from bands more modern? Older
What are your sources of inspiration? my hatred for all religion, social issues and my amazing family
What's the first step when making a new song? there is no step. you are either inspired or you are not
What would be your dreams for the band? i am already living them
Besides your own music, what genres and bands do you listen to? Country and classic rock
What do you hold most dear? my wife and children
What would be your greatest fears for the future? uncertainty creates all its own fears. i have been through too much pain to fear it anymore but i wish nothing but greatness for my children
Have you been part of any other projects? I have been on many projects from Queensryche (Geoffe Tate) Pig Destroyer, Agoraphobic Nosebleed, Snake River Conspiracy, Rorschach Test, and Gorgoroth
Have you been in any other bands? SRC, Rorschach Test, Kyrin, Mission 66
What do you work with outside of the band and the music? i am music 100% when not playing music i am the Director of A/R for ESP guitars
What would you do if there was no music? not exist
How important are your fans? they are as important as the music to us. the N17 fans made our shows some of the most imtense experiences in the biz
What's the funniest/most memorable thing a fan has done for you? made me a classic state fair style N17 mirror
How often do you rehearse? sometimes weekly... sometimes every other month LOL

What drives a band that isn't all that famous and renowned to try to make a living on their music and to keep playing? the love of making the music you want to hear that one cant find from someone else

How do you view the musicindurty of today? a complete disaster. It seems the only people who care are the metal heads anymore
What advice would you like to give other bands? Quit
What are the biggest obstacles for a band? trying to pay your rent
What is best/worst with playing the clubs? Best is the intimacy of being right with the fans worst is the lack of money

What is your favorite crappy instrument? this Yamaha 12 string i have. its a total piece of shit but it sounds great
What was one of the most quarrelsome times for you in the band? Thats between us. i will never air dirty Laundry of personal arguments of band members
Whats your Pre-show ritual? a huddle but mostly close my eyes take a shot and scream!
