Almost at the beginning, in 2006, we left the vocalist Sergey, and in 2010 - the bassist Dmitry. In general, our band is stable and unchanging) Did you make music even when you were young? Well, a band is about 10 years, so yeah, we started playing music at an early age. Where are you from? We are all from Russia, Republic of Bashkortostan, Oktyabrsky city. What year did the band form? The band was founded in 2006. What's your style of genre? At first we played doom/death metal with folk elements. But now, the style can be described as pure folk metal.
What inspires you? A lot. Nature, books, films, other bands.
How often and where do you rehearse? We have our own rehearsal room. We try to meet three times a week. How have you developed since you started with the music? Well, compared to the way we started, now play much better. We have a decent musical instruments and equipment on the base. Are you looking for a booking agency, and what are your thoughts around that? While we are not looking for a booking agency. We have temporarily suspended the concert as writing new musical stuff. But in the future, we plan to seek the booking agency for concerts abroad. Are you looking for a label, and what are your thoughts around that? We found the label, and the album should have been released on it. But it was complicated because of very unpleasant problems with copyright, which we are trying to solve now. What are your songs about? Our songs are devoted to historical events, nature, strong drinks and other interesting things) Who does the composing and writes the lyrics? The author of the text for the most part is Olga, and we write music together at rehearsals. Do you start with the music or the lyrics? We always compose music first, and then come up with text in the final composition. I know that many do the opposite, but in our case it is this sequence - first the music, then the text! Have you done any covers live? Yes, we play live cover of the Irish folk song “The maid that sold her barley”, and sometimes plays our version of "Silver Bride" by Amorphis What language do you sing in? We have texts in Russian and English languages. What are the least and most people to attend one of your gigs? We had to play in front of 30 people and large areas in front of several thousands. We tried the same in both cases) Although, of course, playing in front of a lot of people are always pleasant. What ages are most of your concert attendants? Similarly, it is impossible to say. In folk concerts I have seen children with their parents and even the elderly 60 years...The audience is quite diverse. Do you always play the same songs live, or do you vary? Some of the songs we play every concert, while others changes. What was your latest gig? Last time we played last year in Moscow at the folk festival in the Rock House club.
Have you had to cancel a gig? To our shame, once it happened - we missed the train. In general, we are responsible people, and try to not let anyone down! Where do you plan to gig the comming year?
