How is it that you started playing music? To be cool but It didn’t work! Actually being in a band is one of the best things we've done in life. We have met many of our closest friends from playing music. The most intense exciting times we have had were when we playing music and touring. God willing we will do it until the final day.

What are your names? / Who plays what? / How old are you?

Bob Goblin - Bass, vox

Eli - The Lion - Drums, vox

Paul visionQuest - Guitar, vox -

We are 100years old - luckily we are vampires!

Did you make music even when you were young? At age 5 Paul aspired to be the next Roy Clark and Buck Owens from the 70’s country and western variety show Hee Haw. Eli was a child prodigy classically trained in piano and studied drums with John Cougar drummer Kenny Aronoff in Bloomington Indiana. Bob was working on his metal credibility at an early age, growing long hair, smoking cigarettes and beating up non-believers. $(KGrHqRHJBME63Uw3JL(BO4C!QRodw~~60_35.JPG

Are you looking for a label, and what are your thoughts around that? It would be awesome. The most valuable thing a label can give our type of band is an endorsement, a stamp of approval. In the olden days you needed a record label to get distribution into record stores. Now with the magic of the internet your record can be available world wide for $80 american. Blogs like yours and music sites on facebook and youtube are the best way for a band like ours to reach people.

What do you think about people downloading music instead of buying records now a days?

Records are expensive to make and to buy. The internet is easier. Stream it off youtube. https://youtu.be/6GmuYugtIrc

How do you think the music industry have changed because of this? Record labels will move to signing artists for 360 deals, meaning the label will get a percentage of the band’s live shows and merchandise. It will be increasingly harder for labels to make money from just the recordings. The music will be given away to generate interest in the live shows and merch.  Artists not affiliated with a label can reach fans through journalists like you!
