Have you played in any band before?
Yes, many.
How will they do that you began to enter the field of music?
My great friend, the bassist Bida, convinced me a long time ago.
What's your name? / Who plays what? / How old are you?
Allfredo Lima, I play the guitar (acoustic and electric) and arrangements,I´m 62 yearts old.

Have you had previous members? Yes.

Did you do music already when you were small? No. I started when I was 20.
Where are you from?
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
What year was started the band?
1976.
What do you play music style? Brazilian jazz fusion.
What inspires you?
The worldwide day to day life and nature.
How often do you repair?
We rehearsal every week.

We rehearsal together.
Do you use earplugs when you appear?
No, thank you.
How have you evolved since you started with music?
I took care of studying dayly with a hard discipline.
Do you have any other interests or jobs outside of the band and the music?
No, I teach music.
Are you looking for the booking company, what are your thoughts and requirements around it then?
Yes. I expect it to build for us an agenda of concerts for the year. 
Are you looking for record labels, what are your thoughts and requirements around it then?
Yes, I look for that too. I would like to have the opportunity of recording our work each year.
Questions about your music and lyrics:
What are your songs about the whole?
My day to day life, nature, hommages to people I admire.
Who writes the lyrics? We do instrumental music, there are no lyrics.
Who does the music?
Allfredo Lima.
When you do a song, you start with the music or the lyrics?
The music.
In which environment do you usually do your songs?
I write music in calm and quiet environments, for example, in the fields; but I play everywhere. 
Do you play only original songs live and also covers?
We play our music and we play other artists´s music too; but we make our particular arrangements.
What language are you singing about?
We don´t sing, our music is only instrumental.
Questions regarding your gigs and performances like:

How many have come at least to your concerts?
50 people.
How many have come most of your concerts?
5000 people.
How have you done or intend to do it to get more audience at your gigs?
A videoclip, announcements at Facebook and Google.
Which age group drawn mostly to your concerts?
It varies from 20 years old people to 60.
Do you play always the same songs live or vary it?
We chance a lot the repertoire of our gigs.
Each was led first gig?
At the UFRRJ, an university at the Rio de Janeiro state.
Each was led last gig?
"Festival de Samba Jazz" at the Dona Marta hill at Rio de Janeiro.
Where have you been playing this year?
A season at AABB (a club at Rio de Janeiro), Lapa Esquina (a jazz club at Rio de Janeiro), Lapa Jazz (the same), UNIRIO (a University at Rio de Janeiro), Triboz jazz club (Rio de Janeiro), Semente night club (Rio de Janeiro), Santo Scenarium jazz club (Rio de Janeiro) and the Festival de Samba Jazz" at the Dona Marta hill.
Where do you have plans to play the rest of the year? For this year, we already stopped.
Which countries have you played in?
Brazil, Portugal, Spain, France, England, Italy, Tunisia, Chile.
Questions about your views:
What do you think about downloading more music than buying CDs nowadays?
I think it´s ok.
How to think and do you think the music industry has changed since they started downloading music? Completely.
If you prefer downloaded music, cassette, CD or Vinyl?
All of them.
What would you do if the music is not the fans?
I would make music for commercial advertisings for TV, Radio, internet etc.
What about the guards' job at your gigs and stuff? It´s fundamental.
Those attending light and sound how much they have helped you really if you think about? 
They always had helped us a lot.

What are your role models or idols? Debussy, Stravinsky, Charlie Parker, Miles Davies, Pixinguinha, Wes Montgomery, Tom Jobim, Herbie Hancock, César Camargo Mariano, Hélio Delmiro, George Benson, Duanne Allman, Lula Galvão, Larry Carlton, Robben Ford, Romero Lubambo.
What do you think they are age limits on some concerts?
No.
Is it easier to draw inspiration from older bands than bands that are active today?
No, active artists inspire me too.
What has been conditioned biggest obstacles in the music industry?
The mad lust of profiting on everything.
What advice would you give to other bands and artists?
Study, study, study and study music.
How tags you up before a concert?
I like to know the music is very well rehearsed before the gig.

We´re building our website; it will work as a channel to show and sell our music.

What are your plans for the future? A long tour through a 5 months season each year.
Do you have anything to add?
I´d like to say that our music has a strong personality and it´s moved by the rhytmns from Rio - choro, chorobop, samba, funksamba, sambajazz.
