Have any of you played in other bands? Yes all of the memebers had previeous expriences in band or project with diffrent style from classical musique to heavy metal :-)
How is it that you started playing music? the project strat in 2004 the majority of the band members were neighbour and went to same school the project strat in the university

What's your style of genre? Its mix of all our influences ou composition are done with every one and every one should satisfy at the end of course lot of concession are done
What inspires you? music from everywhere
How often and where do you reherse? it was very hard to find it during the 10 firsts years we tried all the options garage, youth establishment of the cities in 2016 we create our own studio that is also open for the youg band who can rent it www.sous-sol-box.com
Are you looking for a booking agency, and what are your thoughts around that? we have signed with a french booking agency in 2017 we are expecting to have more concerts in the world the name of the agency is tartine https://www.tartine-production.com/djimawi-africa
Are you looking for a label, and what are your thoughts around that? sous sol is now our own label also
What made you decide to make this music? just our feelings !
What are your songs about? lot of social topics and how we are living it political situation and hopes
Who does the composing and writes the lyrics? no ruls we are working all together in general guys come with idea that we all work on it to became songs

Do you always play the same songs live, or do you vary? depending on the period but we always prepare a show according to our releses

What do you think about people downloading music instead of buying records now a days? well i think that music industry shuuld be drived by the live music not records i think we should think in diffrent way, with new technologies its now impossible to follow it,
How do you think the music industry have changed because of this? people should go to meet people on live to live with the music and this good for the artist when you see that records from the golden ages are provding so much moneay for some artist who did one song ! this not fare

Why do you think that they exist? because they do
Is it easier to find inspiration from older bands, or bands that are more active today? both we are working alot in tradionnal music from our countries and we find f=very interesting things !
