Can you tell about your band? We are the first metal band in the world singing in Basque language.

Who does what in the band? Galder Arrillaga (Drum); Xabi Bastida (Rhythmic Guitar); Igor Diez (Bass); Aitor Gorosabel Garai (me) (Lead Guitars and Vocals) and Borxa Arrillaga (first drummer of the band, which stayed tetraplegic after an accident. He can´t play but is essential for the band).
What was the ambitions of the band when you started? To amuse ourselves with the music
Could you explain your music to someone that haven't heard you? It is a very personal style. Between the heavy metal and the trash metal
Where was your first gig? On August 14, 1988 in Ondarroa (Basque Country)
Where was the latest gig? On March 1, 2014 in Hendaye (France)
Who writes your songs?/ who writes the music who writes lyrics? I write all the music and the majority of lyrics. Borxa Arrilaga, first drummer of the group, which stayed tetraplegic after an accident, writes some. Also another friend called Iker Rocandio.
Who has the best since of humor in the band? Borxa. Is the best.
What's good/bad with the band?/What genre do you feel you are?
Why did you pick that particular style?/What are your songs about? Because the metal came to our hearts. / Political and social protests songs.
Do you write your own material or mainly covers? In our CDs only our own material.
Have you made any albums?/If yes what are they? 10 CDs of studio, 2 live CDs. 3 live DVDs and some clips.

How old are you?/What got you started in music? Xabi, Borxa and me 44 years old. Galder 39 and Igor 31.
At what age did you start playing? when we were 14 years old.
How old were you guys when you first stood on stage? We were 18
What year was the band started? in 1988
Best/worst gig you've played? The best when we played with Judas Priest in the metalway festival (Gernika, Basque Country, 2005)
What places will you be playing in in the imidate future? We finish the last tour in January and we will begin to play again in May around Basque Country, Calalunya and Spain and France
Where have you played from then till now? Mostly in the Basque Country, Catalonia, Spain and France. We have realized some tours along Europe
Witch band is the best you´ve seen? Scorpions
Is it always the same songs live? Not. We change habitually the set list.
What has been the best/most promising gig so far? I can´t say. We´ve played more than 1000 concerts
Have you had any bigger tours from start to now? Yes. Around Europe. But we play mostly in Basque Country, Spain and France.
How big crowds do you usually play for? Around 1000 people
What are the plans for the rest of the year? We were on Tour with “Bizirik Gaude” (our last cd, October 2013) between October and January. We want to continue playing the rest of the year.

How do you get psyched up for a gig? Valuing what we have and trying to enjoy it to the maximum
What are your goals with your music? To live of it enjoying to the maximum
When did you decide to go all in for the music? When we finish the studies
Is it easier to get your inspiration from older bands or from bands more modern? All the good music is valid
What are your sources of inspiration? Any type of music
What's the first step when making a new song? To take the guitar and to start touching any thing
How do you feel about the downloading of music instead of buying albums? I understand and respect it, but it is totally negative for the culture in general, beside enriching to multinationals that have to see nothing with the musical industry.
What would be your dreams for the band? To be able to continue living of it
Besides your own music, what genres and bands do you listen to? Though the music metal is ours preferred, we listen to everything.
What do you hold most dear?
What would be your greatest fears for the future? The health and the followers lose
When you are on stage, what do you fear most then? Not to enjoy touching or singing

What do you work with outside of the band and the music? Only I devote myself to the music
What would you do if there was no music? To be still alive, but the life would not have color
How important are your fans? Without fans there is no band
What's the funniest/most memorable thing a fan has done for you? To travel thousands of kilometres to see the concert

Name 2 of your own songs you like at the moment? Bizirik gaude and Nazkatu naiz of the last album for example
What do you feel is the best live band you've seen? Megadeth
What drives a band that isn't all that famous and renowned to try to make a living on their music and to keep playing? Is not easy. The most important thing is that his music offers something different

Describe your show, visually and musically. Simply it is a great unload of energy
How do you view the musicindurty of today? The technology advances faster than the musical industry in benefit of multinationals that have to see nothing with the above mentioned industry

What is best/worst with playing the clubs? Everything is good. Especially the nearness with the public
