How was the band formed? Jamie Beard Was a DJ and PRoducer and got pretty big for a while in the thrieving UK dubstep scene.
Can you tell about your band? Biometrix are a Live EDM band from the UK.

Based in London UK.
What was the ambitions of the band when you started? Jamie's ambitions were to drop a filthy array of ADHD fueld BASS. We think he did quite well.
Could you explain your music to someone that haven't heard you? Electronic Dance Metal.
Where was your first gig? Our first performance wasnt a gig it was a showcase in front of industry professionals. We're just So Bloody Show buisness.
Where was the latest gig? The Boiler Room Guildford With Black Futures and Seething Akira.
Who writes your songs?/Who writes the music who writes lyrics? Jamie has deffantly writen the Most music for Biometrix and on the new EP The 4 of us have had our compositional imput. Jamie Is the Vocalist and Producre.
Who has the best since of humor in the band? Rob, M8 he's so funny, Never Stops talkin that guy.
What's good/bad with the band?/What genre do you feel you are? ELECTRONIC DANCE METAL and Drum&Bass :)
Why did you pick that particular style?/What are your songs about? The illuminati.
Do you write your own material or mainly covers? We do alot of writing and Jamming. All live. Our DJ sets are all covers and sometimes we cover our own songs as a band. L0L
Have you made any albums?/If yes what are they? Jamie Has a wealth of Tracks Albums and Remixes Including Dirty Youth and Fallout boy remixes and Self titled EP's such as 'Echoes of My dreams'. Available on Youtube from all good gaming channels! The newest Biometrix EP is called Reborn and It's gonna be sick. We recon.

How old are you?/What got you started in music? We're all 21 with varing levles of Facial hair.
At what age did you start playing? Is Djing Playing ;) Lol No Jamie Was singing since he was about 9 and writing Beats in FL and DJing throughout his teens. Laurie comes from a marching drummer background Robin and Adam are still only 15 years old and still learning to use the sync button.

Witch band is the best you´ve seen? For Jamie probably Enter Shikari at the Exeter Great Hall after Take to the skies for Laurie probs One of the 10,00 times he's seen Metallica.
Is it always the same songs live? not always. We try to mix it up as much as possible. Sometimes its a Band set sometimes its a Dj set. Anything could happen!!
What has been the best/most promising gig so far? Band practice this evening
Have you had any bigger tours from start to now? The westcoast tour of the states 2013 was the best. Skrillex Supported. Miami was the highlight when Metallica opened up for us.
How big crowds do you usually play for? Small crowd, like 90 to 120,000 to larger ones like Live8 Woodstock and on the internet....
What are the plans for the rest of the year? Survive our first UK tour!
How do you get psyched up for a gig? Monster energy and a prestage dump. Rob usually takes a few slashes from the emotional whip.
What are your goals with your music? We wanna move to america, Give a positive energy to everyone who listens to Biometrix! We want people to enjoy the whole experience both live and on record.
When did you decide to go all in for the music? When Jamie was halfway through A-Leveles!!
Is it easier to get your inspiration from older bands or from bands that are more modern? BOTH Mate! Modern technology is so amazing in new bands, but at the same time the older bands started alot of the music we all love today so you've gotta bear that in mind.
What are your sources of inspiration? Ann Summers, Primark, redtube and 4Chan
What's the first step when making a new song? The one before the Second.
How do you feel about the downloading of music instead of buying albums? You dont have a choice in accepting that Downloading is the future so it's morw bout finding the benifits of that these days.
What would be your dreams for the band? To support Linkin Park.
Besides your own music, what genres and bands do you listen to? Jazz Brostep. Arabic X_Folkcore_X and progressive Grindhop.
What do you hold most dear? World Peace
What would be your greatest fears for the future? No world Peace
When you are on stage, what do you fear most then? Bum notes and wether the sound guy is a sound guy.
What songs and what years were they released? Jamie's has a whole Bak catolog of awesome music and Remixes! the New EP is out in November and has the Full band line up. It'll be out at the end of our tour in november.
Have you been part of any other projects? Jamie is currently working with UK Rock band The Dirty youth check out his remix!!! (link to so alice)
Have you been in any other bands? Rob and Laurie were a Jazz band and Jamie and Rob were the brass section for acoustic fun loving trio Bare Jams
What do you work with outside of the band and the music? Virgin media
What would you do if there was no music? Make some.
How important are your fans? Massively important. We couldn't do what we do with out them.
What's the funniest/most memorable thing a fan has done for you? A fangirl sent a bikini selfie with Biometrix written on her body. Turns out it was Rob.
How often do you rehearse? Once a year.....in Norway, it feels like Xmas
Where do you rehearse? The ACM Guildford and Neptune's Castle.
Name 2 of your own songs you like at the moment? The ones we havnt written yet. 'Freedom' was a favorite but we love our new track divide
What do you feel is the best live band you've seen? AnalCunt and Metallica
What drives a band that isn't all that famous and renowned to try to make a living on their music and to keep playing? A beaten up van usually drives our band, We've recently upgraded from a shopping trolly.

Any pearls of wisdom for all other bands out there? Work when you dont wanna work. Dont judge a book by its cover. be true to yourself. never give in, never never never, in nothing great or small lage or petty. give a man a fish and dont give kis kids any drugs.

What are the biggest obstacles for a band? Oyimic hurdles.
What is best/worst with playing the clubs? Best thing: Colds meats on the rider Worst: People in the booth standing behind the decks pretending to be part of the act.

What is your favorite crappy instrument? Jewish toe organ and Laurie's V-drums as well as god awul software such as ableton live fruity loops and Massive.
What was one of the most quarrelsome times for you in the band? Is Biometrix a DJ or a band. We decided it was Both.
