Describe your show, visually and musically

Arthur - that´s the same!! both aspects ends on that word we wrote before!! honest!

so we do what we love and when we get on stage we die there together with our strenght, energy and sound!it´s one and unique thing!!

i read a brief of one of our european 2013 tour gigs when the guy was polited of writing we were over reacting!! so i realized that we were brilliant!!we reach the point that people don´t get it!!it´s because we´re doing what we like the most, and we have a chance to get on the stage,4 brothers and make a real soundtrack of our brotherhood!!no bullshit,no technics, just soul and blood!!

and it´s scarry when you see that!! at the end of our denmark gig i went to the hospital and needed a surgery so i went out the hospital and did the rest of the gigs in a roll!!! eleven shows!you may see this on our video clip church at the crossroads!!my hand injuried!!!that´s honest!!there´s no over reacting on that!!it´s our lives!!we´re celebrating and that´s why vulcano became a respected band!!

How do you view the musicindurty of today? Arthur - to be honest, your question says everything!! music industry!! we prefere music art!!!and i think internet did a real revolution on that thing!!many artists can express your kind of art to the net and you get the chance to know about both two sides of freedom!!!brilliant things and crappy things!!but it´s not “only” in the label´s and great market hands anymore !! that´s the point!!

What advice would you like to give other bands? Arthur - bands play music!!music it´s a kind of art!!so if you´re into music business you must think first you´re an artist!!so….what means to be an artist to the society!!after this you may keep doing things with the truth in your own!if you don´t know what you´re doing or your place into whole thing that keeps rolling and turning on the wide space, you´re lost!!with luck you reach something good, but the risc of waste your time and everybody´s time is big as the earth!

What are the biggest obstacles for a band? Arthur - still to be a south american/brazilian ones!logistics sucks!!it´s easyer to make a gig in uk than peru, our neighbours!it´s a shame!!

What is best/worst with playing the clubs? Arthur - there´s not worst part since we do this for love, and the very bloody best part is to get closer to people that support us and we get the chance to speak to them and know about people our music touched someway and get beers to drink with everyone of course!kkkk

Tell us about upcomming gigs and why we should be at them? Arthur - you may be at our upcomming gigs because we´re mixing many kinds of material never played before and we´re still gettin´better on stage!

How would you describe your sound in one sentence Arthur - honest

What is your favorite crappy instrument? Arthur - cuíca!! percussive instrument that makes anyone laughs at first crappy note!

What was one of the most quarrelsome times for you in the band? Arthur - when there are not beer enough for the entire band

Whats your Pre-show ritual? Arthur - beers!!
