Have you had other previous members? Since THE BERTHA was formed many muscians passed for the band, exactly TWENTY, until day somes of they still playing with us in some concerts
Did you make music even when you were young? Yes, since very child, maybe 6 or 7 years old
Where are you from? Buenos Aires (Argentina)
What year did the band form? September 2011
What's your style of genre? Ska & Reggae
How often and where do you reherse? Two hour once a week on a rented rehearsal room
What are your songs about? Our songs speaks of wake up and live without think what others say
Have you done any covers live?
Yes only thre covers we do, A message to you Tudy? (The Specials),
War (Bob Marley), and Viejos vinagres (Sumo)
What language do you sing in? Think in spanish, inglish y portuguese
What ages are most of your concert attendants? 20 years old
Do you always play the same songs live, or do you vary? always vary, The Bertha is a band with many songs and styles we can adapted for diferent styles of concerts
What was your first gig like? Great something nervous but we do a great concert
What was your latest gig? April seven
Where have you played live this year? In many places of provincia and capital of Buenos Aires
Where do you plan to gig the comming year? I still don't know where will play, We have many shows to this year, so we like go step by step
When did you start to sell merchandise, and what do you have for sale? in 2016, we sale t-shirts and cd's to our album "Live in Japan"
Where can people buy your merchandise? By inbox to our facebook or Instagram
What do you think about people downloading music instead of buying records now a days? It's OK, cd time are dead, and many bands can put their material on differents streamings platform. For the emergents bands this is important, though mass media don't let them place. People today can "choose" what hear, and no only whart de industry needs sell.
How do you think the music industry have changed because of this? the music industry only think in money. so they still Earning money but with a new system. It can be a paradox,on the one hand I think to emerging bands it is convenient get all these new tools of difussion and channels where put his albums, on the other hand I think the music lost a lot of quality as we heard it before, mp3 is a format where music suffer loss. Anyway music doesn`t important to industry

How do you think and know that this interview will help you in the music business? As a band is indispensable to be evrywhere, and this place can be help us to take our music an others places in the world
Do you have any role models or idols? Our referents ar Bo Marley, Stell Pulse, The Beatles
Why do you think that they exist? Becouse think that the sound of the band is autentical
Is it easier to find inspiration from older bands, or bands that are more active today? definitibable oldest bands
How do you get psyched for a gig? much rehearsal, and take care to give the best
Do you have any new material? Yes, 9 de Junio on Spotify is out SKANDALO SOCIAL, new ska, reggae album
