Do you have other interests of work outside the band?I personnally (Pete) have a studio at home where I do mixing. We all have full time jobs, some of us have childrens, we are all party guys, we cannot lie about it. We pretty much enjoy having fun together, touring, seing new places and enjoy our time together as much as possible.

Are you looking for a booking agency, and what are your thoughts around that? For now, we are seeking to go step by step. Of course we would like to deal with a booking agency. But there is no needs (for now) to urge things. If an offer comes to us, we will study it for sure. Actually we are ready to expand and visit new places on our own as we can book ourselves.

Are you looking for a label, and what are your thoughts around that? We will definitely look for a label for the next album. The material will be of an international caliber then we'll need to have as much support as we can.

What made you decide to make this music? Metal shows were one of the only place we felt accepted when we were around 17/18 yrs old, we grown in these kind of places. Also, expression is socially limited, music permit us to do it at another level.

What are your songs about? For The album code of silence , we did not want to give social or political opinions. We decided to make a story. A story of 3 totally different guys going to jail. The album is basically talking about injustice and revenge.

Who does the composing and writes the lyrics? Some frames are proposed to the band by some of our members. And we construct around the frames provided . Sometimes the songs change and everyone is involved in the process of creating. As for the writing, everyone participate.

Do you start with the music or the lyrics? Music first.

Do you compose in a certain inviroment? No , I personally create in my studio, I know my singer shout a lot alone in his car, my drummer alway (air drum )wherever he is but the construction of the songs are made at our practice room.

Have you done any covers live? No, not for now, we plan on doing it.

What language do you sing in?English

What ages are most of your concert attendants?16 to 40??? Hahha metalheads have no age.

Do you always play the same songs live, or do you vary?Yeah pretty much, with our next album, we ll be more able to vary pur set.

Do you have a regular place you play live often? No, not really but I can't lie, we have the chance to play in our city in trois rivieres which is able to accommodate big bands and the crowd is there every time. We have a really good metal crew here and its always a pleasure to play here.

When did you start to sell merchandise, and what do you have for sale? We started a little bit before our first album was launched. We have caps, album, beanie, tshirt, tees, we give stickers

Where can people buy your merchandise? In writing to us but we'll lunch our website for the next album and people we 'll be able to order online.

What do you think about people downloading music instead of buying records now a days?

That question is not that simple. If they stole your album, they clearly have an interest into your music. The fact is that they are maybe just poor but would like to have access to your music. You cannot hate them for that.

Some people stole music don't come to shows and judge bands, these are not the kind of person we want to be related to.

But if a kid stole my album, come to me and say: shit dude I don't have any money but I took everything I had to buy myself a beer and come to the show then thanks dude, we ´ll take a picture, talk about the latest release and have fun. I personnaly strongly try to buy my albums online or during live venues. I easily have a acces to shows and its great because I can buy stuff I want. My personal situation also permit me to buy pretty much every cd or shirt whenever I want but it is not given to everybody. Honestly, when a new bands comes out,  I listen to it on spotify first. I am not gonna buy a cd from a band I don't like.

How do you think music industry have changed because of this? the I think the industry changed and the bands needs to rethink their way to make money if they want to live from it.

What do you think of my work? It's great and good opportunity for everyone

Is it easier to find inspiration from older bands, or bands that are more active today? Both, we tend to forget the past sometimes but it is sometimes that little thing missing the new bands that would make then become different than the others.

What advice would you give other bands or artists? Have fun , don't try to be like all the other bands you know, make your own way. There is a public for everyone.

How do you get psyched for a gig? A good intro always put me in trance, fist bump before the gig and We are ready.

Do you have any new material?New album planned for 2018

What are your web sites? Www.facebook.com/deathnotesilence
