Have any of you played in other bands?
Oskar- In my case yes, but nothing was ever serious
Dakma - Yes, I had a covers band, we played rock and metal; after that I get into an alternative metal band with original songs with kota, now I’m here with Zënn with a common vision and objectives with my partners
Kota – Yes in a cover band, this is my first original music band
Kruz – Yes, a couple of original music bands, I recorded with the last one, a thrash metal EP
How is it that you started playing music? Oskar - Since high school I began to play the guitar, and that's how I started the taste for music until now Dakma – Everything started when I was 5 years old, my father gave me a CD, the album “At home” by the shocking blue, I tried to sing like Mariska Veres. Kota – Because a cousin bring me a CD, and it changed my musical tastes, a few years later I buy my first guitar and tried to copy Paranoid and Still loving you Kruz – My father play drums and I grow watching how he play, so I wanted to play like him
What are your names? / Who plays what? / How old are you? Oskar - Bass guitar and I'm 27 years old Dakma Vid – 27 years old, Voice Kota Gutman – Guitar 40 years old Kruz A – 21 Years old, Drums
Have you had other previous members? No, we are the first and original members
Did you make music even when you were young? Oskar – I didn’t play before Kota – I only play covers from popular songs when I was young Dakma – Yes I started to write when I was 16 Kruz – Yes, since 2006 on the high school and in 2010 with my first cover band
Where are you from? In general, all we are from different states of México
What year did the band form? This project started in September of 2017 What's your style of genre? We make alternative metal
What inspires you? Oskar - A lot of the biggest bands that existed and that still exist into the rock and metal scene Kota – A lot of feelings, anger, fear, loneliness, the dark side of the people Dakma – Life and death, good and evil, the both sides of everything inside and outside us
How often and where do you rehearse? Once a week, because of our normal activities
How have you developed since you started with the music? That’s a hard question because we think we are starting for real
Do you have other interests of work outside the band? Oskar - I am a photographer and study the career of communication sciences Kota – I work in a construction’s materials laboratory Dakma – I’ve got a promotional products company, and I dedicate time to go the gym Kruz – I’m studying dentistry and practice boxing
Are you looking for a booking agency, and what are your thoughts around that? As musicians our first priority is music, we think about it but it’s a future step, search for a manager
What made you decide to make this music? The simple the taste and passion for playing music
What are your songs about? The lyrics are about the “internal voice” we’ve got, that thing that make you insecure
Who does the composing and writes the lyrics? Dakma is the principal composer
Do you start with the music or the lyrics? Music first
Have you done any covers live? We didn’t play live yet
What language do you sing in? Spanish, but we are trying to write on English
Where do you plan to gig the coming year? We are getting dates to make a national tour between this and the next year
When did you start to sell merchandise, and what do you have for sale? We are starting to make our products with the concept of the band

What do you think about people downloading music instead of buying records now a days? We think it’s not the best to do, but in Mexico, the high costs of CDs drive people to download, but in first instances we prefer than people listen to us
What do you think of my work? It’s interesting, and we really like the idea of share the music from another countries
Do you have any role models or idols? Oskar – The flea of hot peppers, Victor Wooten, John Myung from dream theater and Les Claypool Dakma – Mariska Veres, Amy Winehouse and Otet Shamaya Kota – Dan D’Leo, Tom Morello Kruz – Hannes Grossmann, Dave Lombardo and Terry Bozzio
Is it easier to find inspiration from older bands, or bands that are more active today? Sometimes only
What have been your biggest obstacles? The creation of a new style and the support caress to the gender in the country
How do you get psyched for a gig? We being thinking about a group concentration before start to play
