Have any of you played in other bands? Yes, we come from different experiences.and many styles
How is it that you started playing music? The band was founded in 1990 from people that come from punk and experimental bands, but in time many musicians was playng in the band and so, now only one person of the first time are in the band. But so, that is not a problem 'cause we are a collective and every record and every tour is the real espression of the members that was playng in those time.
Did you make music even when you were young? Every member of the actually band plays since he is very young, is true
Where are you from? Bergamo Lombardia Italia
What year did the band form? 1990
What's your style of genre? Ska, but with Reggae, latin, afro, rock and different influences. We love Words and expression at the same time tha we love music music
What inspires you? Life
How often and where do you reherse? questa non l'ho capita
How have you developed since you started with the music? We started playing in small clubs in our city and we developed step by step. More experience generate more contacts and opportunities at the same time. We started to recording demos and the first cd was in 1994: autoproduced but, that he had a good feedback and very soon a label it was interested at distribuction and another one label he wanted to produce a new cd. This started our career, which continues for almost thirty years and we are here to prove it
Do you have other interests of work outside the band? Each of us also performs other jobs, both in the field of music, entertainment and communication, and in different sectors. Today it is necessary to move and do everything, these are hard times
Are you looking for a booking agency, and what are your thoughts around that? Are you looking for a label, and what are your thoughts around that? we are interested in developing our work and letting people know about our beautiful music and our live splits, where people have always been unleashed and dancing from beginning to end, so yes, we will take into consideration every proposal that will interesting and productive
What made you decide to make this music? Love
What are your songs about? There is not a favorite theme. Basically we are two to compose and write, with the indispensable help of all then in building the right groove and refining the arrangements, especially the winds. The themes are those of everyday life. And our life is also made up of the fight against injustice and social sensitivity. You can find a song that tells a hangover and its after-effects, or that speaks of a love, hopefully not too conventional. As well as, of course, you can listen to a song of anger, of struggle. In short, it depends on the moment each one of us lives. The nice thing is that we two complete and we both claim to be both alone and four hands and generally the things written by one are fine for each other and at the max are changed a few words, which are just what we wanted, as for magic
Do you start with the music or the lyrics? There is not a fixed rule, but the best are suddenly born, music and text together that begin to play in the head
Have you done any covers live? Yes, not only live. We recorded many personal versions of old songs and in the live shows we play sometimes ska classics songs
What language do you sing in? Mostly Italian, but sometimes in other languages, even Italian dialects
