What is the name of your band? Eternal Judgment

What does the name "Eternal Judgment" stand for? Stands for the mind society has on everything

What made you call the band "Eternal Judgment"? Our first song was judgment day cause it reminded us the end of the world ! Whe then tought E. Judgment could be a good concept .

How was the band formed? Pretty much with high school friends. after a couple of party or jams

What made you form the band? Whe needed to let people here our stuff cause we knew some metal heads would like this

Can you briefly introduce your band and who you are? We are a Canadian Thrash Metal making our way through the underground metal scene and hoping that one day our dream will come true .

What was the ambitions of the band when you started? Same as they are know ! Get heard my old school metal heads and tour 

Where was your first gig? Maison des jeunes ( a place for teens to hang out or get help with personal problems ... kind of not metal place hahah )

Where was the latest gig? Sherbrooke with Sanktuary ... nobody attended ... hahah

Who writes your songs?/ who writes the music who writes lyrics? I ( rémy ) write pretty much all the songs ... band members often change some parts to better and write solos ... helps on lyrics ... at the time '' peter '' our ex drummer helped me a lot with the first songs

Who has the best since of humor in the band? Let's say we pretty much all have a good since of humor !

What's good/bad with the band?/What genre do you feel you are? We are a party band. We are the genre to drink more and sleep later than everyone haha. Thrash metal warriors.

Why did you pick that particular style?/What are your songs about? Society, anger, war even conspiracy. some songs are more party time dough speaking of beeer ... weed ... redneck stuff.

Do you write your own material or mainly covers? We write everything

Have you made any albums?/If yes what are they? Yes we have a 4 song demo called time for vengeance and also a 6 track ep called Fatal Virus ( Fatal Virus represents us way more )

Do you have any clips on YouTube? Yeah a lot just type Eternal Judgment !

How old are you? What got you started in music? 23 to 25 passion and devotion started us I guess ... fast loud and heavy riffs are the shit.

At what age did you start playing? around 15 - 16.

How old were you guys when you first stood on stage? maybe 18 for myself ( remy ) ... that's probably the sime for Simon wich I met at a previous gig .

What year was the band started? 2008.

What places will you be playing in in the imidate future? Tonight at the ''Bar le Trash'' at St-Hyacinthe, Québec.

Where have you played from then till now? Pretty much everywere in Québec ( and Québec is huge ) we went to Toronto and Ottawa also.

What songs are in your live set's? Fatal, Kill, Sadistic, By My Own, Powerdrive, Left, Julz, war, Judgment Day, after. We somtimes play Holy Diver haha. ( these were the nicknames of our songs )

Is it always the same set's live? Never.

What has been the best/most promising gig so far? Trailer Thrash Fest 2013 part 2.

Have you had any bigger tours from start till now? No we never '' toured '' .

How big crowds do you usually play for? 50 to a 100 .

What are the plans for the rest of the year? Record our first Full Length album !

Where do you usually play? Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-Rouville, Québec.

What are your goals with your music? Reach more people slowly but surely. Keep the thrash and heavy metal alive.

When did you decide to go all in for the music? Since I had my first guitar.

Is it easier to get your inspiration from older bands or from bands more modern? Older definetly ( as for me ) but drummer and bassist listen to some different stuff like Djent punk hardcore.

What are your sources of inspiration? Old School metal , blues , rock , grundge.

What would be your dreams for the band? Have a label , go on tour , have some crazy merch !

Besides your own music, what genres and bands do you listen to? metallica , sabbath , dio , pantera , the allman brothers band , ccr , nirvana , alice in chains , pearl jam , anthrax , slayer , kiss , king diamond , martyr , morbid angel , death , obituary. so much more.

What would be your greatest fears for the future? Band members not followin or jumpin' in the project at 100 % would be a fear but is'nt for the moment !

When you are on stage, what do you fear most then? That my voice get's messy ... cause singing like I do is'nt always easy haha (screamin).

Name 2 of your own songs you like at the moment? Left For Dead & After The Judgment

What do you feel is the best liveband you've seen? slayer all the way 

What drives a band that isn't all that famous and renowned to try to make a living on their music and to keep playing? If it ain't you ... it will be someone else ! I think the only trivk is to never give up .

Any pearls of wisdom for all other bands out there? Sorry I don't understand ... but I think it means good band local ... like Reanimator , Fatality , Alcoholator , Chemical Way.

What are the biggest obstacles for a band? dealing with lame bookers

What is best/worst with playing the clubs? Best is that you're near it's kind of private. worst is the place sometimes
